Eligibility and Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. This means the towable or accessory must be free of dirt, debris, mold, or any signs of water exposure. Because our products are designed for aquatic use, we cannot accept items that have been inflated, towed, or used in any body of water. Additionally, all original tags, labels, and instruction manuals must be intact and included with the return shipment. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or that show evidence of misuse, improper storage, or damage caused by sharp objects or prolonged UV exposure.

Timeframe for Returns

You have thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Orders returned after this period will not be accepted unless special circumstances apply, such as manufacturer defects or shipping errors on our part. If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment, excluding any shipping fees incurred during the initial delivery. Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive and inspect your returned item. You will be notified via email when your refund has been completed.

Defective or Damaged Items

We conduct thorough quality inspections before shipping, but in the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement at no charge. This includes issues such as seam leaks, broken handles, torn fabric, or missing components. To qualify for this service, you must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your package and provide clear photos of the defect. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please log into your account on bravewatersports.com and navigate to your order history. Select the item you wish to return and click “Request Return.” Follow the prompts to generate your return authorization and printable shipping label. Once your request is approved, pack the item securely in its original box or a protective outer layer, and affix the label to the exterior. Drop off the package at any authorized shipping carrier location. We recommend keeping your proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.

Exchanges and Upgrades

While we do not offer direct exchanges, you may return your original purchase and place a new order for a different model, color, or size. This ensures accurate inventory tracking and allows you to take advantage of current promotions or seasonal pricing. If you are upgrading to a higher-priced item, simply complete the new purchase and follow our standard return procedure for the original product. As always, both items must meet our eligibility requirements to qualify for a refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet entered the shipping pipeline. Once an order has been processed and handed off to our fulfillment center, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you attempt to cancel after this stage, you will need to receive the item and proceed with a standard return. Please note that custom or special-order items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Final Sale Items

Certain products may be marked as “Final Sale” due to seasonal clearance, limited availability, or promotional pricing.
